MitsumiFX5401W 54x Beige/White CD-ROM  Drive is an epoch-making CD-ROM that conforms to the Enhanced IDE interface (ATAPI specifications). Its data transfer rate of the inner radius of the disk is 3540 Kbytes/s. (23.6X) and that of the outer radius of the disk is 8100Kbytes/s. thanks to adoption of the F-CAV method, and this feature enables high-speed data transfer (54X). The access time of this drive is 95ms, and the multi-session Photo-CD is available, and this drive confirms to MPC-3, that is, this is a high-performance 23.6 to 54X CD-ROM drive. Normally, all you have to do to use this drive is to connect it to an unused channel of the IDE interface normally a hard disk drive uses.
